In Izmir, Turkey, on the 4th of May 2023, the partner KTB (Provincial Directorate of Culture and Tourism, Izmir) organized a Workshop on “Sustainability and Feasibility of Mediterranean Diet”, with participation of state and municipal organizations, professional chefs, academics, private sector operators and NGOs, to introduce SWITCHtoHEALTHY’s aims and methodology.

The project was also illustrated to the public in further details with the presentation delivered by the partner Bursa Uludag University.
